Adopting 1 Child does not change the world, but it changes the world for 1 child; every child has a dream to belong and to be loved….waiting for the doors of our hearts and homes to open! You guessed it, John & I have begun the 18 -24 month process of growing our family by 4 feet! Yes 4 feet! We are bringing home 2 sisters in the 4-6 age range from Haiti! Haiti was once one of the wealthiest countries in the world, rich with Sugar Cane, but the soil has been depleted leaving the land unfertile. In 2012 Haiti was devastated by a major earthquake. The country is the size of Delaware, and 80% of the population lives below poverty level! There are 650 orphanages and over 1,000,000 orphans! 1 Million children that are left to find a way on their own, due to illnesses, death & extreme poverty in their families. While we cannot help every one of those orphans, we can change the world for these 2!
Over the next 30 days we need to raise about $4,800, for the home study and the initial program installment, then over the next 6 months we will need a total of about $6,000. Then it should be a while before our next set of fees are due. All in all in order to bring 2 children home we will need about $40-50,000!
So here are some ways you can assist if you would like:
1) PRAYER! We would love prayers for John, I and our biological children as we prepare for the welcoming of our little girls. We would love prayers for our little girls, for emotional & physical health as they await coming home, and for their families, especially their parents, that they will be blessed & comforted for their sacrifice in giving their children to the orphanage so the children can have a better life.

Our dream is to bring home 2 sisters between the ages of 4 & 6, but God has chosen children for us, so we will welcome either boys or girls! We hope you will join us on this journey!
