Those of you who know me know that almost exactly 9 years ago I sustained extensive dental damage after being hit in the face with a bowling ball.
Long story short, several jaw teeth were knocked out completely, my jaw was broken in 2 places which needed metal plates, more than 10 other teeth were broken and I was wired shut for 7 1/2 weeks.
I couldn't afford dental care then and over the next several years nearly every tooth is broken or rotten from the inside out ( I'm so embarrassed)
I live in round the clock pain. I've had to wait till I couldn't take the pain anymore and get a tooth pulled when I absolutely have to. It's $200+ for each tooth.
$7,000 total. I have to have all teeth pulled at once. I will never be able to afford it.
I'm miserable. Can't gain weight, ear aches and migraines. Not to mention the fact that my self esteem is in the dumps. I'm so embarrassed to smile.
