As many of you know, I had a slip-and-fall injury in July of 2015 and ended up with a completely torn biceps tendon in my left shoulder (I'm also left-handed). I finally found a good orthopedist who will do the surgery and am going to have it on November 25th,  the day before Thanksgiving. I won't be able to work or do much for at least two weeks and maybe longer.  I'm raising money to help pay my bills, rent, and to help pay for the prepared meals I'll have to get from a company that delivers them (I've looked into a few), because I won't be able to cook anything, since I'll only have the use of my right hand. If anyone wants to bring me a Thanksgiving dinner, I'd really appreciate it.  I won't be able to drive for at least a week, so may need help if I need to go somewhere. I have a follow-up appointment with my doctor two weeks after the surgery, at his Encino office, and may need someone to drive me there and back (I'll give you money for gas.)
