I was struck by a driver that was going 70-90 mph. I was in the far left lane of the highway & he was at a stop but blew through it. I survived the highest death rate intersection in Texas from a large pickup that hit my small Toyota Corolla.

I have been using my medical insurance to cover my medical appointments but they want to be paid back. I’m currently on leave after mandatory emergency surgery for total right hip replacement. My short term disability is not enough to cover my mortgage, new car payment, utilities, medical deductibles and out of pocket expenses. I don’t have anyone to help me. Please help with any amount. I don’t want to lose my small house or my new car.
