Medical fund for Shaelee Smith.

On February 9, 2023, the car Shaelee was a passenger in was T-boned by a trash truck, with a direct hit on the passenger door. The care was totaled.

Shaelee was taken by ambulance to a local hospital in Tennessee. She had just relocated to this area only weeks prior. At the hospital, they performed multiple tests which included an MRI, CT, and chest and ankle x-rays to assess her injuries. To everyone's astonishment, especially after such a harsh impact, Shaelee was able to walk out with a severe ankle sprain, a head injury that left her with several large knots on her head, bruising of her torso and ribs and hundreds of small cuts over the entire right side of her body (glass is still coming out of these cuts to this day).

Although Shaelee is blessed to physically be on the mend (only by the grace of God), her medical bills have accumulated, along with the loss of wages she has experienced through this trauma.

She had started a new job only 2 days prior to the accident and therefore had no insurance at the time. Thankfully her job is holding her position for her while she heals.

If you would like to assist with Shaelee's financial burden, any donation would be greatly appretiated to allow her to heal and get back on her feet and hopefully relieve some of her stress as the medical bills have started arriving. All funds raised will go directly toward any day to day expenses until she can return to work, with the majority towards medical expenses.
