I want to stand on my feet, I'm disabled

To everyone. My name is Abd elkayoum and I am 17 years old. A year and half ago, I was an ordinary boy with big dreams then a tragic accident occurred. One day, I went with my friends to a swimming pool which unfortunately was empty of water. However, as I arrived, immediately I ran to the pool intending to jump in which of course I had no idea that it was empty. This resulted in me diving head first into the empty pool. As of this day, I am now disabled and unable to walk, sit or even carry out any of my daily activities. I rely on Allah first and then I trust you to help me.
