Since April 2025, I have been trying to motivate and teach people how they can exercise in the comfort of their own home for free, but doing so has also been difficult for me as I have not been able to save money to offset what I give away for free.

Since I began sharing my knowledge and energy for free without asking for a single penny, I am looking for support from those who prefer to see the receipts aka evidence behind what I am saying is legitimate. Its one thing to show my heart rate live by way of livestreams, however it would be even better to show VO₂ max results in real time to help those make better decisions with the choices.

In a world filled with competition, I feel this is a piece needed for me to support my claim and statement where I debunk the mathematical formula known in the fitness industry that is used to calculate what your maximum heart rate should be (220 less your age) .

And because of this, there are people who have chosen to follow what I am sharing out of curiosity but I also believe because of my honesty, integrity and conviction that I demonstrate in livestreams six (6) days a week.

As a result, I have not been able to save money to put aside and towards making an investment such as this, as the tool would provide me an opportunity to help inform those with evidence that would not only help individuals, but also help a country and its people.
