Hi my name is Jennifer, I have been having issues of late, since November 2024. I have had issues with my back and walking I have numbness in my feet and legs I can't stand for too long as my back has a disk that pinch my l3,4 lower back and issues around there. I also had a suspected stroke back in May this year. I have had issues with remembering words at times.. the funds will be used to get an electric wheelchair as the type that is in the photos. I have issues standing for long periods of time. I have reduced the time I spend shopping on the daily shopping needs as I am exhausted and in pain after shopping.
