Hi my name is Jennifer, I have been having issues of late, since November 2024. I have had issues with my back and walking I have numbness in my feet and legs I can't stand for too long as my back has a disk that pinch my l3,4 lower back and issues around there. I also had a suspected stroke back in May last year. I have had issues with remembering words at times.. the funds will be used to get an electric wheelchair similar to the type that is in the photo. I have issues standing in one place for even for short periods of time. I have reduced the time I spend outside the house like shopping as I am exhausted and in pain after going out to places like shops, the doctors just every day places. I spend more time at home now days because of these health issues.
