I need out of the DV cycle

I have no words at this point other than thank you to those that have reached out. It feels horrible to have to now reach out this way, but my husband has cleared our joint accounts again and left me with nothing. Until I serve divorce papers I am stuck. He drained the account again this morning, which would've meant he could be served by Monday. The day my mother met him she told this is the man who would kill me. I didn't believe her then, but I certainly believe her now. Friends and family, if you can, please help me with this retainer fee so that I am protected legally. It is affecting my work and my dream of going to law school on top of my physical and medical needs. I will pay it forward one day once I'm truly free.
