I Need Help With Knee Replacement Surgery

Hi,
My name is Einar Larusson and I am a 45-year-old software engineer, husband, and a father of three exceptional kids living in Nottingham England. Currently I need a knee replacement surgery for my right knee where I have had bone on bone for about 18 months. I need to pay part of the surgery since my insurance cover I get from my employer only covers about 90% of the total cost. This is due to the policies with the insurance company and has nothing to do with my employer, but my employer PowerObjects has been fantastic since I joined the company in June 2019.
If any follow-up will be required after the operation I will have to carry that cost as well. I am the sole earner for the family, and we have burnt through our savings and we are now living pay-check to pay-check. The past few months have been extremely difficult for me and my family and when the Coronavirus surfaced an awfully bad situation became intolerable. I am unable to walk and go out with my kids and life a normal family life. The pain in the knee with the bone on bone is something I would not wish upon my worst enemy, I usually go to sleep with tears in my eyes and wake up crying in pain the day after.
I am now turning to you dear reader to help me and my family through the rough seas and lighten the financial worries. In addition to recent knee problems I have been dealing with various injuries in my right leg since 2013 including three times rupturing the right Achilles in the space of four months from April to August.
I have also been diagnosed with deformed heelbones (Haglunds deformity) in both feet and I have a pending surgery in 2021 or 2022 to fix the right heelbone and the right Achilles which is irreparably damaged today. All these issues are very painful and I have been in daily pain since 2014 which has affected my quality of life and ability to work. I am physically and mentally exhausted and I need help.
