I need help with buying a breathing machine

I was born with a structural deformity on my breast skeleton and ribs, they grow inwards instead of how it should be (growing outwards) which is affecting my lungs and heart, which in the long run will kill me, I’ve had some smaller heart attacks and passing out sometimes, due to the fact that I can’t breathe properly, I did some tests and my lung capacity is 47% and the average is 97%, this means that my lung capacity is basically half of the average, I also can’t breathe through my nose at all. I’m going to do surgeries on this however because of Covid-19 they don’t allow me to come and do the surgery, everyday it’s getting worse and I can’t do this anymore, it’s tearing me up inside, my heart is skipping beats which means that it can go 100 bpm and then 15 bpm and then 100 again, which is extremely dangerous, it does that a couple of times every hour, because of all this I started getting gastric ulcers, they’re also leaking blood which means that it’s in a very life threatening condition, I throw up blood everyday and I am extremely stressed over everything in my life, I really can’t do this anymore, this is the reason why I might not be as active as before, It’s really hard for me, and I didn’t write this for anyone to feel bad for me, I just wanted to say what I go through and why I may be down sometimes, I was borrowing a breathing machine from the hospital for 3 months which were making my breathing and life a bit easier, but now the borrow period is over and the only way for me to continue having it is to buy it, I have been without it for 2 weeks and this is the hardest thing I have ever done, I can't do it without it at the moment, I am sitting with my head out of the window 15 hours a day to even feel the smallest bit of relief, it is extremely urgent, I am genuinly worried about sleeping because I don't trust that my body can survive the night, because I can barely breathe when I am awake, thanks for reading, I appreciate it!
