Help me to get home to Kamloops, BC from ON. UPDATED. Share?

UPDATE: Owing to the kindness of several donors, we've been able to obtain a little utility trailer to tow behind us, with whatever we have left, to bring home. Thank you all who have donated thus far! xox

Hi,

My name is Judy, and I'm a pensioner hoping to raise enough funds to get myself, my dog, and whatever I can take with me, back home to BC.

I moved out here to Ontario last summer to be with family, and it turns out that they are selling the old farmhouse and moving away to a much smaller place, with no room for us.

I have lived in BC for the past 46 years and I don't really belong here in Ontario, as much as I do back in BC...so yes, I am home sick, shell-shocked and working against the clock. The farmhouse is being launched May 15th, after which time we cannot be here. Family is unable to help with my homeward journey.

I am selling off as much of what I brought out here as I can, but the returns have not amounted to much. I drove out here in August of last year, in my little Jeep, and shipped my stuff by cargo, but now am hoping to reduce what belongings I can take back, to what I could fit into a utility trailer. I also need to cover fuel, meals and incidentals. I plan on camping in the Jeep, as needed, along the way as motels are expensive.

I would be glad to share pics to donors of the journey, to show my gratitude.

I'm not sure what else to include here as I have never done this before, and I'm already somewhat embarrassed to admit that I need this much help after having taken care of myself for many years. But, help is what I need, urgently.

I don't want to end up homeless, thousands of miles from home.
