Hello everyone. My name is James Clapsaddle. I was hurt at work and the floor manager didn't file a incident report and i didn't file one myself online on the Workman's Compensation website, cause I didn't know of it and honestly thought my company was going to but never did. I went to the hospital & was told I had a bad Inaugural. hernia. I was put on light duty work by the doctors. The boss at my work put me on the production line in October. And I ended up hurting another area of myself (and luckily didnt make my hernias worse), but at least they did a report on it. And i'm getting help for it. Im unable to work as I did due to these surgeries in my lower and upper stomach. Im having to pay for everything out of pocket and need help paying for my hospital bills and surgery. I help my mom but now with this new financial problem im going to have trouble helping her, unless I get help on here and every little bit helps.
