I need help paying for my kids father funeral

Me and my boyfriend was battling addiction together and 3 months after we got our kids back, he passed away due to addiction. I've been making payments as much as I can. But trying to pay for a funeral and take care of kids with a part time job is harder then I thought it was going to be. I still owe $550 on his plot and 5100 on the funeral its self. And then the stone will be 2000. This past weekend we went to their daddys gave and it was hard to find him since there is no marketing or nothing to identify him. It breaks my heart to take the kids to see their daddy and there is nothing to see. They are only 7 and 9.  I just want so badly to give him a proper resting place for my kids to go see him. Since his passing I have reached some huge milestone. I have gotten my Ged. I did a news interview for the Inspiring Indiana segment. I got my license and a car. But none of these things can help me give him the proper resting place him and the kids deserve.
