I need help to pay the bills my wife is dyeing

Missy has been battling breast cancer for 11 years.  5 years ago it metastasized to her spine.  Now it has metastasized to her stomach.  I need help to pay my bills. I still work but she has drained all our savings with her cancer. I don't know what to do
She has come home to hospice. And I don't know if I can make it.
 
We are getting a hospital bed Monday.  It's getting harder for her to get around the house.
