This is not easy for me to do—but I’m at a point where I have no choice but to ask for help.

My name is Hannah Sparkman, and my sweet girl Mikasa—my personal protection dog and best friend—has been away at training since March 17th. I was supposed to bring her home weeks ago, but I still owe $1,200 on her training balance.

Just days after dropping her off, I lost my job unexpectedly and have been struggling to stay afloat financially ever since. I’ve recently started a new job (on June 19th), but I’m still catching up on bills, and every paycheck is stretched to the limit.

Mikasa’s trainer has been incredibly kind and is letting me make payments when I can—but I can’t bring Mikasa home until the balance is paid in full. That breaks my heart more than I can explain. She’s not just a dog—she’s my security, my partner, and my emotional support.

I’ve done everything I can on my own, and I’ve exhausted every other resource. That’s why I’m reaching out now—to friends, family, and even strangers who might be willing to help.
