Hello, my name is Mohammad Adham, and I am writing this with a heavy heart from Gaza. My family and I are living through unimaginable hardship due to the ongoing war, famine, and the total blockade that has prevented food and basic supplies from entering our region.

Each day is a struggle for survival. We often go to sleep hungry, not knowing when or if we will find food again. The situation here is dire — children are malnourished, families are suffering, and there is no access to clean water or medical care.
