I Need a Wheelchair That Works

I'm a musician and artist with multiple health conditions, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), which is a heritable connective tissue disorder that affects all of the soft tissues in my body.
Much of the work I make is free for all to enjoy, but even were I to charge more for my art, it is very difficult for most to earn a living wage from such a career. I'm in my 30's now and (due to my health) it is impossible for me to work a regular 9-5 job. This isn't normally a problem for me, as I am used to living on a very meagre budget, but I have run into difficult situation and my manual (self-propelled) wheelchair is no longer suitable for my needs.
For the majority of the time, I must use a motorised wheelchair to move around, but that chair breaks often as I use it for most of my waking hours. I cannot self-propel a manual wheelchair outdoors, but there are many situations where using a powered wheelchair is just not possible as it is large and weighs over 100KG.
I have been injured and hospitalised many times in the past due to having only an ill-suited wheelchair and now that my powered wheelchair is broken (again) and my manual wheelchair is no longer the correct prescription for me, I am desperate to sort this out. I am in intense pain and exhausted performing even the most basic of tasks.
I need a manual wheelchair that is custom build for my needs: an off-the shelf model will simply land me in hospital once again. I want to regain my freedom and to see opportunities in life open up for me, rather them disappearing one-by-one.
It will take from weeks to months for a custom wheelchair to be made for me, and due to the fact that the economy here is likely to worsen a lot in the coming new year, I'm in need of sorting this out as soon as possible.
I cannot do this without the kind support of others.
