It is time. My hand was forced and I got a summons to court from my ex wife for child support. Please no judgement - I have NO problem paying for child support. But she also made the decision to go against parental plan, and not allow me to see my daughter, and on top of that, disappeared for 11 years that I couldn't find her. All that being said, I will absolutely pay child support, but she will also have to have joint custody and not just 12 hours a month. That is not okay. Anyone who knows me knows that I love and miss my daughter dearly. She was my world and I need to have her back in my life. Initially when we got out divorce, she and her lawyers used my ignorance of both divorce and legal system against me and gave me no rights. This being said through the years I have been terrified to go back to court without legal representation. This is what this go fund me is for. To change the parental plan so that I have a fair joint custody. Please consider helping as lawyers are not cheap, and while I don't reach out often, I am reaching out for help now. Thank you.
