This is in memory of Alex Cardenas who lost his battle to COVID-19 on July 26, 2020. Alex is survived by his wife Laura and his children Luis, Marco and Lisa and also by his grandsons Kieran and Logan. Alex was a great grandfather, husband, father, brother and son and he was also a great provider. He served 20 years in the United States Army most of which he served in the Special Forces as a medic. After his retirement from the Army in 1999 he began his career as a paramedic and worked many hours saving lives and helping people. He did what he loved even when it came to battling this COVID-19 outbreak he never stopped. He was a hero to many especially to his family and friends. He will be missed. The money will be used to pay for funeral cost and medical expenses.
