The past few months have been devastating for me mentally and physically. My health has taken a downturn with a diagnosis that is considered reoccurring and chronic. It has severely impacted my ability to work and my former place of employment was not able to accommodate my new needs. As of 7/31, my employment was terminated. Due to medical appointments, procedures such as spinal taps, & debilitating medical symptoms i subsequently missed a lot of work and my final check was less than half of what i needed to pay rent for August 1st.
