My name is David Espeseth, and I was born in Guatemala. When I was three years old, I was adopted by my parents, who served as missionaries in Guatemala for 12 years. Both of my parents have since passed on, but their legacy of love and service continues to inspire me every day. I left my heart in Guatemala, and now I feel called to give back to the Guatemalan people who shaped my early life and to honor the blessings God has given me.
This summer, House of David will be traveling to Guatemala from June 23rd to July 1st to serve five different communities in need. Our mission is to provide not just spiritual nourishment, but also essential support like food, clothing, and Sunday school materials. We believe that every child deserves a brighter future, and our vision is to help educate and uplift Guatemalan kids so they can thrive.
Your support will help us purchase and distribute food, clothes, Sunday school materials, and children's Bibles to families who need them most. Funds will also help cover transportation and outreach activities, ensuring we can reach as many people as possible. We are the body of Christ—no one should go hungry or without clothes, shoes, or the resources to learn and grow in faith. We are grateful for anything you can give. Many blessings, David Espeseth.
