I hope you can join us for Orly's last Integral Gathering.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Integral Gathering was started by Orlando Mongalo more than 26 years ago. On a worldwide scale, only a tiny amount of people got the opportunity to experience the magic and joy that could be found at these gatherings. I know wholeheartedly that it only took one Integral to totally change my life. I think this holds true for a good number of people who went to or were involved with these gatherings. I'm doing my best to ignore the fact that this will be the last one. Why is this going to be the last one? It's quite simple, really. Orly (Orlando) has been told by his doctor that dancing and putting on events like these has a potential risk to his well-being that the doctor thinks is not worth taking. Personally, I think this doctor needs to come out to one of these gatherings before he makes that call, but what do I know.

Without Orly, I don't see how one could call a gathering Integral. So, regardless of what the doc says, we want to give everyone a chance to experience Integral one more time and to reunite with some old dance floor friends and family. We would love to have more people involved, either bringing art out, DJing, or just lending a hand where needed. If that's you, please email me, and we'll figure out where and how to fit you in.

Orly is such a friendly and nice guy, I know there's going to be a lot of talented people who are going to want to play a set for him. So if you're a DJ or in a band that would like to play, please get in touch with me ASAP because I think this lineup is going to fill up quickly.

We have a date: April 25th-27th. The location we want is private land that is set up for events larger than ours, but they are very loving and caring people who are giving us a deal out of the kindness of their hearts. We have to put a deposit down ASAP because the date we want is prime season for these people, and we're very lucky that they will give us the same deal as the winter date we had originally planned for. I would like to post photos, but we need to get the location a deposit to lock it down first. I don't want to put up photos till we're 100% locked in. They have porta potties, oversized hammocks, large day beds, BBQ and picnic tables, and to top it off, hot tubs. The goal for this fundraiser will cover the cost of the venue, the truck rental to get the sound there (including gas), and DJ gear rental. If someone has any of those things to donate, we can lower the end goal. Also, if we hit this goal, we don't have to charge or ask for any more donations (still accepting them, of course)Stay tuned for more info as it comes in, and thank you again for taking the time to read this.
