The house I have been renting for 9 years was sold...supposedly with the new owner keeping the current tenants. After the paperwork went through the new owner has decided to gIve me notice, remodel my home, and flip it. I have been pre-approved for a loan to buy a house but need a $6,000 down payment of which I don't have. If you are able to help me that would be wonderful...if not, I totally understand.
