Things continue to be an issue. Can't get a break

My name is Richard and I was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis a little over 2 years ago. April 2021. It started towards the end of 2020. I started seeing double and eventually lost sight in my left eye. This was all in the heat of the pandemic. The vaccine aggravated my symptoms for almost 2 years. Slowly my jobs and people close to me started to turn on me. I couldn't sleep. I was paranoid. Anxiety through the roof. Couldn't eat. No family to help during all of this. I was fired from my last 2 jobs because of issue related to the Brain Fog I was experiencing. Felt like no-one believed me. I owe United Healthcare $8000 for my MS treatment from 11/2021. I didn't have coverage during that month while switching jobs. I lost my last job at the end of September. I have exhausted everything. I do have a few potential prospects I believe will fit with MS. The for sure job, I am waiting for the location to open. Most likely January. I am already late on rent for December. $890. My dog Ginger, has been sick the last few days. I can't even get her to the vet.

I am only asking for rent, vet and food. I have been back and forth on whether or not I would make this because it's embarrassing. I have no-one to lean on.

4/15/2024 Update

I ended up not getting the jobs mentioned above. Which led me to borrow from friends to pay rent and get money for food. Ginger and Fuzzy are well. I just got 2 jobs in the restaurant industry. 1 I started this last Saturday morning. Both of them I feel very positive about. But my debt built up. I need to pay off all of this. Make sure my Jeep Cherokee gets much needed repairs. I do not think it will last the summer. If that goes, I'll be right back at square one. I need to get out of this city and move away from many of these people who only kept me down during all of this. I want to move to Arizona. Please help
