I have decided to put the gloves on and step into the ring !
Donation protected
I have decided to put the gloves on and step into the ring for a heavy weight fight against a seasoned fighter at this year's battle at the seaside.
This is an annual event held on the
East Coast of England where it faces boxers off against each other in aid of charity.
My chosen charity in Birkenshaw Bluedogs U16's Australian tour campaign which takes part in 2026.
By no means will this be an easy turn up and fight scenario as sure enough I could get my block knocked off if I not at my best !!
I have chosen to help towards funding what will be a dream for the young lads at Birkenshaw whom I have a lot of gratitude for because of it was not for Birkenshaw I would never of been involved in Rugby League
This maybe a once in a lifetime opportunity for these lads to go up against the strength and agility the Ozzies are famous for !!
The Boxing match I am taking part in will also be as challenging against a younger bigger opponent so please dig deep or basically anything you can to assist the young lads in the costs of transport to different venues, kit and all other expenses occurred with multiple matches on their tour
I want to thank any donator in advice and wish me luck in my very own big challenge
Damian Smith will get the link sent to receive all donations as he is the mentor and the coach of the touring team, a good friend and former team mate.
Many Thanks
