Español: Ashley Fiume Niña de 5 años proveniente de la Isla de Margarita , es carismática, amorosa, alegre, ocurrente, le gusta pintar, el ballet, jugar futbol, ir a la escuela compartir con sus compañeros y jugar con sus primas, tras varios estudios ( serologia para parvovirus B19, Curva de fragilidad globular, electroforesis, prueba de coombs, frotis, pruebas de enzimas, transfusión de concentrado globular e idas al médico desde enero del año 2022 todos realizados en centros privados superando los 1200$ para dar con un posible diagnostico, y en vista de no obtener resultados decidimos viajar a la ciudad de caracas el 9 de mayo del 2022 donde se realizo nuevamente todos los estudios más estudio de Medula Osea con un costo de 250$ donde es diagnosticada con LEUCEMIA LINFOBLASTICA AGUDA el día 18 de mayo del año 2022. Ese mismo día fue trasladada al Hospital Universitario de Caracas para ser hospitalizada y dar comienzo al tratamiento, el día 19 de mayo es ingresada nuevamente a quirófano para otra punción lumbar para determinar el Riesgo de la enfermedad realizar una biopsia y estudio de oncogenes, iniciando de una vez con quimioterapia intratecal (metrotexate y citarabina), el cual amerita de una tratamiento largo aprox de 3 años, debido a las condiciones de salud y con una hemoglobina de 6 con el fue ingresada ameritó nuevamente de una transfusión de concentrado globular, dando gracias a dios que pudimos contar con donantes de sangre (amigos, conocidos, y familiares), los cuales nos ayudaron con rifas para cubrir con gastos de hospedaje, alimentación, insumos médicos ( inyectadoras, bureta, guantes, gasas, catéter, solución al 0.9 %, yelcos, medicamentos, y exámenes de laboratorios. Luego de 15 días posterior a las quimioterapias recibidas Ashley comenzo a perder su cabello un momento muy duro para ella donde ameritó ayuda psicológica para poder ayudarla a enfrentar esta situación y entender lo que estaba pasando sabemos que es una niña pero aún asi entiende, sus padres abandonaron todo (casa, trabajo) para venirse a la ciudad de caracas a enfrentar esta dura e inesperada situación para poder salvarle la vida a su pequeña, pero han sido días muy duros, muchos gastos los que conlleva esta enfermedad, donde ella necesita exámenes de laboratorio semanal (hemtalogia, química, y pcr) que tienen un costo de 60$ aprox , exámenes de heces, orina, urocultivos, medicamentos, varios estudios con múltiples biopsia durante el tratamiento cada con un costo de 250$, múltiples inmunofenotipo para saber la enfermedad mínima residual con un costo de 190$, múltiples análisis al líquido cefalorraquídeo para determinar si existe o no células a nivel del sistema nervioso central este último se realiza en el hospital pero en varias oportunidades se ha dañado la máquina y el mismo hay que hacerlo en privado para evitar que la muestra se dañe con un costo de 90$ cada una. Son estudios que deben realizarse obligatoriamente para evitar que la enfermedad avance o llegue a alguna recaída. Por lo que decidimos acudir a ustedes a través de Gofudme , pidiéndoles un granito de arena para poder llevar a cabo todo el tratamiento de Ashley para que pueda vencer esta enfermedad y pueda llevar una vida normal.

Tutti realizati in CENTRI MEDICI PRIVATI e pagati dai miei genitori, gia che i servizzi publici non funzionano molto bene cui in VENEZUELA, Dopo tutti cuesti esami per arrivare con una possibile diagnosi, ma senza nessun diagnostico certo (nell;ISOLA DI MARGARITA) abbiamo deciso viaggiare a la cittá di CARACAS il 9 Maggio 2022 Dove mi realizarono nuovamente tutti gli studi e IN PIU STUDI DELLA MEDULA OSEA, sempre in CENTRI MEDICI PRIVATI e pagati dai miei genitori.

IL MEDICO SPECIALISTA cui in CARACAS mi diagnostico con LEUCEMIA LINFOBLASTICA AGUDA.

Il giorno 18 Maggio del anno 2022. Lo stesso giorno fu trasferita al OSPEDALE UNIVERSITARIO DI CARACAS per essere ricoverata e iniziare il tratamiento.

Il giorno 19 Maggio é ricoverata, con una HEMOGLOBINA IN SEI (06) si realizo NUOVAMENTE UNA TRANSFUSIONE di concentrato globular, grazie a Dio che abbiamo potuto contare con donanti di sangue (amici, conosciuti, infermieri e familiari). Di nuovo in sala operatoria per un altra PUNZIONE LUMBARE per determinare il RISCHIO DELLA MALATTIA, per realizare una BIOPSIA E STUDI DI ONCOGENIS.

Il giorno 24 Maggio cominciando subbito con QUIMIOTERAPIA intrafecal (metrotexate e cita___) .

Da cui in avanti SARANNO MINIMO TRE (03) ANNI, PIU ESAMI, PIU MEDICI, A PIU MEDICAMENTI, CON UN COSTO IN $ MOLTO ELEVATO. Sono studi che devono realizarsi obligatoriamente per evitare che la malattia avanzi. DOPO TUTTO CUESTO, I MIEI GENITORI ANNO DECISO A CHIEDERE LA VOSTRA AIUTA PER MEZZO GOFUNDME, chiedendole un piccolo grano di sabbia per potere terminare tutto il trattamento di ASHLEY, perche possa vincere questa malattia e possa tenere una vita normale, pero sono stati giorni molto penosi, molte spese che di conseguenza porta questa malattia. Dove ASHLEY ha bisogno di esami sanguini settimanali, esami di urina, urocultivi, medicine, vari studi con multiple biopsie, durante il trattamento, múltiple inmunofenotipo per sapere la malattia mínima residuale, multiple análisis del líquido cefalorraquídeo per determinare se existe o no celulle a livello del sistema nervoso centrale, quest;ultimo si realiza nell;ospedale pero in varie occasioni la maquina si e daneggiata e lo stesso si deve fare in un privato, i nostri famigliari e amici ci aiutarono facendo sorteggi, e aiute in $ per coprire le spese di ospedaggi a CARACAS, alimentazione, insumi medici (siringe, bureta, guanti, gazze, catéter, soluzione al 0,9%, yelcos, medicamenti ed esami di laboratorio.

Dopo 15 giorni posteriori a la QUIMIOTERAPIA ricevuta, ASHLEY a cominciato a PERDERE I CAPELLI un momento molto duro per la bambina, dove a dovuto ricevere AIUTA PSICOLOGICA per potere aiutarla ad afrontare con Questa situazione e capire quello che gli sta succedendo,

sapiamo che e una bambina pero lo stesso capisce, I SUOI GENITORI HANNO DOVUTO LASCIARE TUTTO nell;ISOLA DI MARGARITA (casa e lavoro) per venirsene a la cittá di CARACAS, per poter dare fronte a questa dura e non sperata situazione, tutto per poter salvare la vita alla sua bimba.
