I have been a victim of a sweetheart scam.

Hi, My name is Melissa and I never thought I would be in the current position I am in. I haven't told my story to anyone except for the Police. I was too embarrassed. I still am. I spent weeks collecting all the information I had for this man and gave it to them. This broke me and I had an emotional breakdown and spent a week in bed after what little the Police found on him as an imposter. They in turn passed it on to the local FBI. This was several months ago and I have not heard one word from the FBI. I am not the first person or the last one who will be scammed. I had never heard of sweetheart scams. When Covid first hit in 2020 and everything shutdown, I became completely isolated from family and friends. Work was done via Zoom. I am 62 and single with no children, just 2 fur babies. I met a man and after months of talking, I was convinced we were meant to be together. He was there for me in away that no one ever had. I retired from my job at the end of 2021. I was planning my future with this person. I thought we both were. Long story short. For two years, this person groomed me and kept me isolated from others. He conned close to $200,000 (from the sale of my home and other things) out of me and now I am truly going to be evicted from where I live. I am on SSDI and I am working with S.S. (Ticket to Work program) to find a job asap. I have been Door Dashing but it isn't enough. I tried Amazon Delivery but it was to physically demanding. The landlords knew what I was going through and had given me a payment plan which was working. I told them I was actively looking for work and I knew I could be caught up by the end of summer. I have never been a slacker. On July 5th, they revoked the payment plan and sent me a 14 day eviction notice. I don't have the funds to find a new place let alone pay someone to move me. I am desperate for any kind of help. I thank you in advance.
