After an incredibly tough fight, my sister-in-law passed away from cancer in June of 2022. In addition to being a loving wife and mother, Dee was a brilliant attorney, a world traveler, and an accomplished marathon runner. She leaves behind two small children and her soulmate - my brother. In her memory, I would like to raise money for Feeding Northeast Florida by running a marathon. Dee had a wonderful sense of humor - so if the tragic story of her passing isn't enough, I hope that the comedy of watching someone who runs like a duck and HATES running - try to run a marathon inspires you to donate.
