i had a RUDI-culous accident. Can you help me please?

Hi im Rudi the a Italien sheep dog (Bergamasco) and I had an accident with a snowboard. I love to run and play in the mountains and although im only 10 months old, I have had lots of adventures in my life with my family. Unfortunately, since I cut my Achilles heel, I can't walk or enjoy my life as a puppy any more. My job is making people happy on the mountain but I can't work any more. I have just had to have a very expensive operation. Can you help me out? I can give you stickers of myself. <3
