I Got Robbed, and I Need Your Help to Get Back in the Game!

So, here’s a plot twist I didn’t see coming: in the early hours of August 9th, 2024, some very unsavory characters decided to break into my storage unit and make off with my screen printing equipment, 300 blank shirts, a couple of guitars, and other stuff that’s honestly irreplaceable. I guess someone out there is now either the proud owner of a DIY rock band starter kit or just wanted to single-handedly destroy my business. Either way, they’ve succeeded, and I’m left picking up the pieces.

Now, let me back up a bit. I’ve been a professional musician. I’ve faced the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Along the way, I picked up a bunch of skills like management, marketing, and merchandising—because, let’s face it, a career in music is basically a masterclass in survival.

As the music scene has changed, I found a new passion for helping other artists and people turn their dreams into reality through the magic of merch. It’s been a wild ride, and I’ve loved every minute of it.

But here’s the deal: this whole break-in situation has put me in a bit of a financial situation. And while I’m the type of Gen X-er who prides himself on being self-sufficient (we’re talking “I’ll figure it out, no worries” level of stubborn), I’m staring down the barrel of a situation where I really do need a hand. This is me, swallowing my pride and reaching out to my friends and family—because I know that with your help, I can rebuild my business and get back to doing what I love: creating cool stuff and helping others do the same.

I think this is an opportunity, not a limitation and a chance to invite all you beautiful people to be a part of my journey.
