I got a new kidney!! Please consider helping me

UPDATE : I received a kidney from my cousin Matt Mowers on November 10th and I am at home recovering well. As some of you know I have been in and out of the hospital with end stage renal failure and have been on dialysis for the past year and a half. It was such a blessing to find out that Matt was willing and able to donate to me. I am asking for your help financially to pay for medical bills that are growing.
