Niche trans internet celebrity Gunnar aka miss gunn aka gunnar.rhea was violently assaulted by multiple evil white girls during the mosh pit for EssDeeKid at Summer Smash 2026. Although Gunnar was on the list the festival, they failed to provide the VIP access and protection necessary to keep Gunnar safe from transphobic attack. Whether the attack was premeditated or spontaneous is yet to be determined, however the injury is very real regardless of motivation. Gunnar has received no compensation for attendance nor injury.

Gunnar was elbowed deep into the rib cage tissue and punched in the ribs and stomach multiple times by multiple girls beneath the crowd in a pathetic and cowardly way. Gunnar has been vocal about the violence trans people face everyday but nobody ever believed until now. Transphobes will often hide their animosity and spite to a degree because they know it is downright evil to torture people just for the way they look. Nobody, especially out of touch men, believed Gunnar when she said her life was in very real danger! This attack could have caused fatal complications if it wasn’t for luck.

Because of this severe internal hate-fueled injury at the negligent Summer Smash festival in Chicago, (a festival which included as headliners Playboi Carti, Lil Baby, EsDeeKid, JT, Fetty Wap, Adamn Killa and more,) Gunnar is unable to work and perform the tasks necessary for their small antique business. In addition to being unable to keep employment due to constant transphobic harassment by management at major corporations, Gunnar is now too injured to perform the labor necessary to sell antiques at this time.

Because of the rib, muscle, and tissue injuries sustained in the attack, Gunnar can barely sit upright without pain, let alone lift the heavy boxes furniture and antiques necessary to have antique markets. Even the slightest movement or twist of the abdominal muscles causes sharp pain.

Was the attack motivated purely by transphobia or homophobia or was it the plot of rabid fans? As a highly controversial internet figure Gunnar has of course been the target of much harassment and victim blaming in turn. People love to gaslight Gunnar but obviously she saw this coming for a long long time.
