Our dear friend Gary Jones—marketing specialist, musician, videographer, technology nerd, wine expert, community builder, CreativeMornings volunteer, and one of the most generous humans you’ll ever meet—is fighting a tough battle with cancer of the tongue. He’s undergone surgery and radiation therapy. He’s navigating recovery with courage and grace, but it’s come at a cost: Gary has been unable to work for months and has depleted his savings just trying to stay afloat. Gary has been there for many of us—now it’s our turn to show up for him.

For over a decade, he’s been a Creative Mornings super-volunteer—attending over 100 events, helping capture and edit video for dozens, and always the first to lend a hand or lift a spirit. If you’ve ever met Gary, you know the deal: he shows up. Fully.

Now he needs us to do the same.
