I fell down, need help getting up

I fell down, both literally and figuratively. Literally, I fell at my boyfriend's house, fractured my foot and arm, in August. Figuratively, the last three and a half years, I've been trying to climb out of a hole.
I became completely burnt out at work, and after a medical leave, found I couldn't return. Meds have helped, some. I'm now on Social Security disability, but had planned to work until age 70.
Urinary issues over three years required many tests, medications, procedures and a couple of surgeries.
During that time, my longtime sweetheart passed away, after descending into dementia for about ten years.
Finally, after a year and a half, I dared to meet someone else, and things were looking up. I still needed (and need) to sell my house, but I felt better, meds were helping my stress level, the surgeries helped (but didn't cure) the urological problems. I was thinking about trying to go back to work.
When my boyfriend had some serious medical issues, I tried my best to be supportive. I was at his house, helping him after he got out of the hospital, when I fell.
Because of my medical issues, and his, and because we weren't in the same town, we couldn't see each other, after he visited me once in the hospital. We spoke on the phone every day. And then, unexpectedly, he passed away. I am crushed. I still need to sell my house, which I can no longer afford, and medical bills are piling up. Can you help?
