I died, was thankfully brought back to life

Hello everyone, I want to explain to you why I am asking for help. There is no amount too small or large. I am unable to work due to my injuries. Any amount you’re able to give would be really appreciated, even though I’m genuinely slightly embarrassed for having to ask for help. It’s fairly unbelievable what has happened, glad that heaven brought me back to life but wow.....
On December 19th my fiance and I left work to have lunch across the street. As we began to walk back to work, we were hit by a car that was traveling around 45 mph. Yes, at first I died. I do not remember anything, all has been told to us, this is mosy everything. The driver did stop and called police and an ambulance. Body bags were brought out and they were treating the accident as though there were fatalities. My fiance was injured and released from the hospital the next day. Unfortunately, I was not so lucky.
I do not remember anything from December 19th through January 5th. I spent my 40th birthday and Christmas knocked out in ICU. I had blood transfusions, my spleen removed, multiple fractures, broken ribs, a broken arm, broken pelvis, punctured lung, a skull fracture which resulted in my brain bleeding.
I am asking you for help because I am still not able to go back to work. It is still a little difficult for me to walk and my head is, at times foggy still from the brain bleed.
I can not tell you how much I appreciate any help you can provide. As I stated before, there is no amount too small or large. I am most thankful for anything you can do to help.
Please, if you have questions and concerns, please call me or write me so I can give you answers or whatever you’d like.
(Below are just some notes from the Dr so you can see some not all but at least a few)
Hospital Course:
I did put some -- in some lines I didn't wish for you all to read however here is some info from doctors:
Jennifer is a 40 y.o. female with a history ---------- , bipolar disorder who was brought in as an Alpha trauma on 12/19/23 as an auto vs pedestrian. She sustained critical poly trauma including SAD, SDH, occipital scull fracture, scalp lacerations, left sided rib fractures with flail chest, pulmonary contusions, left hemopneumothorax with a chest tube placement, respiratory failure (extubated and re-intubated three times), ruptured GJ anastomosis from previous gastric bypass surgery (underwent graham patch repair w/ Dr Yang 12/19/23), splenic laceration (s/p splenectomy, had post splenectomy vaccines) liver laceration, left humerus fracture (ORIF w/ IMN on 12/21), left 5th metacarpal fracture, and pelvic fractures (perc screw fixation 12/21). Patient had an NGT placed. She was extubated successfully and started on tube feeds. Patient failed modified barium swallow, and was told she could not eat or she would risk aspiration. Patient became increasingly agitated, and on 1/6/24 was found to have pinpoint pupils and have O2 sats in the 60s.
