I desperately need front teeth!

On April 27th I fainted on my way to work and fell directly on my face. I knocked out one front tooth completely, and severely damaged two adjacent front teeth. I have been toothless for a while, and this just cannot continue! I have been going to the UW Dental School to save money because I don't have dental insurance. Even so, it is going to end up costing me $5-6000. If you prefer to look at me with my front teeth in place, and can spare any amount, please help me!
