I contracted an illness and blood infection

Hello.. on April 25th of this year I contracted a highly contagious skin disease called "Scabies" when I was helping a homeless customer at my grocery store. I've been out of work for three months because of it and am looking for assistance. It continues to flare up as I've spent all of my savings treating it and am in desperate need of financial help. I've continued to eat only one meal a day just to ration it. I also have two cats that rely on me. I need to find a way to keep treating myself and my home or I'll never get the okay to return to work. Ironically, I'm going to end up finding myself homeless because of this situation. I'm so sorry to ask but I don't know what else to do. I have no family to turn to and I've run out of options. If anybody can help I'd greatly appreciate it.
