Hey guys, It breaks my heart as a mom to make a GoFundMe for my son and his wife as a mom I wish I could help myself but the way times are now we are struggling. last night my son and his wife were affected by the flood. They moved into their first apartment on August 1 and with the heavy rains last night in Middle Island their apartment flooded and they lost all their belongings, and there car was severely damaged and do not have a ride back-and-forth to work for the next two weeks or so. They did not have renters insurance yet and due to the expenses of replacing these items as well as renting a car they are in a huge financial struggle if you can help anyway we would extremely appreciate it. I’m not someone that asks for help ever and trust me I’ve been racking my brain all morning. Trying not to do this I appreciate you all even if you can’t give please say a prayer. I’m just trying to alleviate some of their expenses, being there dealing with the stress of finding somewhere to stay.
