I Am Trying to Avoid Personal Bankruptcy
Donation protected
My mother often boasted about how generous - to a fault - was her father: a low-income tailor who never hesitated to give his last buck to a needy stranger.
Unlike Blanche in "A Streetcar Named Desire" - I have never "relied on the kindness of strangers." But, for the first time in my life, I am facing financial hardship.
As a freelancer in the time of Covid, my financial resources have dwindled to the point where I now struggle to pay my bills. A donation of $25.00 from friends and family would help me enormously to cover my $11,000 credit card payments.
I would be most grateful for any contributions, and for sharing my request. Thank you so much in advance for your consideration.
