Donation protected
My daughter Ola has been diagnosed with bone cancer and metastases to both lungs.
Its called Ewing's Sarcoma, very rare and aggresive kind of bone cancer.
From over two months We are fighting for her life in Poland.
Treatement is a long term combination of chemoteraphy, megachemoteraphy, radioteraphy and surgery. Also includes stem cell transplantation.
We are far away from our home in Scotland, staying in accommodation in Warsaw, Poland.
Asking for help is not in our nature but We will do everything what We can to help our daughter.
We will be very grateful for any kind of support.
Update
Hi friends and family , with all my love I would like to say big thank you for your kindness and your huge hearts and support .. I would love to share some update on Ola’s recent health condition.. 2 months ago Ola had her leg amputated, unfortunately chemotherapy makes healing process difficult and slow , we can’t buy her prosthetic leg now due to slow healing progress but we need to go with chemotherapy as we only have two sessions left and after that we are starting radiotherapy which will take few weeks. We also have great news to share chemo killed 100% of first tumour Ola had and we hope the metastases will decreased , meanwhile we are hoping for Olas leg to heal quickly so we could start physio and also so she could start to learn how to use her prosthetic leg . Our treatment will last at least one year minimum as Ola would need to take some medication meanwhile but we are hopeful for miracle.Miracle for us Is how great Olas reacts to chemotherapy and treatments. Ola is such a fighter and she’s fighting for her life every day , I couldn’t be more grateful to doctors for all help they offered our daughter and our family and Ola is getting stronger , we are positive she will win . Ola without her leg manages like a pro , she’s running, balancing her body , she’s amazing strong bald and beautiful, and what’s most important she’s always positive and has biggest smile on her face .SHES A WARRIOR AND TRUE FIGHTER ♥️
Update
Ola is in the hospital for a bone marrow transplant. She will be there for couple of weeks and won't be able to leave the room.Firstly She will get megachemoteraphy and then transplant.
In the meantime Ola's leg has healed completly and She started learning how to walk on protetic leg. At the moment Ola is practising on the temporary protetic leg and soon She will be able to walk back again.
However the costs of the leg and rehabilitacion are very high and over our budget. Only the best prothetic leg can guarantee that She will be able to do sports. She is an athlete and footballer and very determinated. She just want to do what other kids do in her age. Please donate if You can and help Ola.
