I AM MY BROTHERS KEEPER (Help for Treeman)

I am Carl Ridley aka Olamina. I live in Petersburg, Va. and am a resident of the Blandford community. I am starting this Go Fund Me to ask for donations to help my brother, Linwood Ridley also known as "Treeman", by many of his friends. Linwood has become a victim of the recent and ongoing fires happening in California. He lived in the city of Altadena. He has lived there approximately 50 years since completing his military service obligation as a U.S. Marine. The entire neighborhood of Altadena has been destroyed, LINWOOD LOST EVERYTHING!! All he has now is his car, with tools (he did handyman/subcontractor work) and the clothes on his back. Treeman was living in a rent to own fixer upper, which he had hope to purchase. Thus, he is ineligible for federal or state governmental assistance. He had no rental property insurance. For now, he is safe and is sheltered with a friend of mine, but that is just a temporary situation and he's unsure how long that can be maintained. Beyond that Linwood will need monies for daily expenses. This has been a disaster of biblical proportion, with thousands affected. I suspect that it will be several months or at least years before anyone can resume some sense of normalcy. Just imagine having to start over, from scratch, at 70 years old. I'll do what I can (even on a fixed budget) to help my brother. We butted heads a many a times growing up and still as adults, but yes "I am my brother's keeper". Genesis 4:9. So once again my ask is that whatever you can contribute, it will be greatly appreciated.
