Saving my home was Not a success!... But I'm trying to stay above water until law suit is over... Even though I'm w/ a lawyer... I still have an excellent case!....

3 yrs now . Without my clothes, shoes, furniture, blankets, beds, appliances.. They even took our jewelry!!!

has become very costly!.. going to the laundromat..etc..

I'm am now on shut off notice for electricity for almost $800..not able to use furnace ... (Well I can..but it blows all the dust around..So I heat/cool the house with heaters and Fans...I will lose my house insurance on the 8th... That's $487. (2 mo. Behind) I'm being told if I lose home insurance I will never! be able to get another insurance carrier

Court facilitation Is due by the 8th and that's $1,800... He is pretty nice though. but I have to petition the judge for permission..really don't want to have to do that...it's frowned upon

I am behind on HOA.. by $600.. And property taxes? That's just huge.... All due to this tiny little smoke incident that happened in our guest bathroom.. boy did I pick the wrong!! company? They have turned my life upside down.... They also have numerous other complaints...

Again.. I am so humiliated to even ask.... But I am just drowning and I'm all alone now ....

Anything would help.... I have to at least try!! I just don't know what else to do

Sorry for the short notice.... It's very humiliating to even ask.. And my birthday is August 3rd.. And our court trial is July 31st.. LOL...

If I don't default on facilitation.. And I am still w/out a lawyer.. .. And they still have all my eBay equipment.. all my stock. Everything else I used to live on... Still in the empty home. It has been 3 years now.......... Such a nightmare. I am enduring out of pure, pure evil and greed.. I also think it's topped with a little incompetence as well.... But that's the part that's going to make my case so good
