I am in desperate need of help due to an injury.

Hi, my name is Claire, and I'm advocating for myself, as I need help with already mounting bills. This is something I NEVER thought I would resort to, but here I am... Sat. Feb. 4 I was walking down my driveway, shared with 7 other units, to get my mail. I took a hard fall on my tailbone, and my arm took some of the fall. I ended up crawling to my house and thought it would get better. I waited until Mon, the 6th to call an ambulance, and was told my T12 literally burst/exploded and that I needed surgery ASAP, I was taken to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN, as they don't have a neurosurgeon in EC. I've been here for 13 days, but this coming Mon, I'll be headed to an Augusta nursing home/rehab facility to get on-site therapy. The recovery time is 4-6 months, but I'm hoping I can get back to work sooner than that. I wouldn't be doing this if I truly didn't need it, but unfortunately I do.
