Hello family and friends!
For those of you who not heard; I was recently involved in a tragic car accident. Thank GOD that I am living to tell my story and I truly am blessed. Long story short, I lost control of my vehicle and it flipped over several times. The car landed upside down and I had to claw my way-out of the jeep. I had to undergo several surgeries, to my head and hand. As result, I severely damaged 4 of my fingers and regrettably they had to be amputated. I know your probably shocked as your reading this; trust me not as shocked as I was when I woke up to see my hand. Friends and family, I REFUSE to feel sorry for myself for I know GOD has to have a plan and a purpose for my life or else I wouldn’t still be here to tell my story. Thank you, Lord! Since coming home and dealing with the aftermath of my recovery and trying to find a new normal. I’ve learned that I will have to acquire an artificial limb and take classes to teach me how to live with the prosthesis. In which I know will take time. However, it appears that I do not have enough benefits and insurance to support the medical services that I now need. I must say that I’ve been truly humbled writing this message because I am a very private person. Those of you who know me, know that I would give you the shirt off my back, and the food off my plate just to see a smile on your face. Along with this life changing accident I must swallow my pride and tell you that I now need your help. I am reaching out to ask for your prayers as well as your financial support.
