I-AM-HIJABI is dedicated to empowering Muslim women in obtaining employment and fulfilling their dreams in an open American society. I-AM-HIJABI also aims at broadening understanding about Islam and peaceful co-existence between people from different creeds, faiths and backgrounds. Ultimately, the goal of this group of ambitious women consists in bringing about opportunities for veiled women and removing obstacles solely caused by their rightful choice of garment.
