I never thought I would be abused. The word itself carries shame and horror. But what comes into the light starts to heal, and I hope that sharing my story inspires and helps others to share their story too and lets them know they’re not alone.

I escaped an abusive relationship that was financially abusive as well as in many other ways. My life was threatened and my home and livelihood affected too. So that’s why I’m posting this, as I cannot do this on my own.

I’m starting anew, and trusting that a new beginning is the best thing. But I need your help and support!

No one deserves to be abused. I would wish this pain on no one. It’s been a harrowing year and process to get away- please help me to restart- and create a strong new beginning. And for things to be redeemed!!

I was also blackmailed by my abuser and my personal photos were posted against my consent which caused me to lose my main form of income. Certain details are being kept private to protect myself and my location. Thank you for respecting my privacy.
