This is our daughter Olivia Grace Clay. She has been battling a rare disease known as CRMO (Chronic Recurrent Mutifocal Osteomyelitis.) Her body doesn't fight off common colds and viruses like a normal child can. She is on many immune suppressants. She woke up sick about 2 weeks ago, not feeling to well. We took her to the doctors to get checked out and they did a covid19 as well as strep. Both came back negative, we were told if she developed a fever she needs to go down to Sesttle Childrena Hospital , it's our second home. She woke up last Sunday with fever, so we took her down and she had a xray and was told she has bacterial pneumonia. She was put on antibiotics. We were told that she should start feeling better I'm a few days. Well she wasn't getting better. So we took her back to the hospital and she got emitted. She was put on iv antibiotics as well as fluids. We were making progress but her fever came back and she started having real bad chest pains. As they did some more tests and xray , mri's and ekg, we were told that her bacterial pneumonia was still there and she also got a viral pneumonia. Her body is not getting rid of what is going on. We were also told her lungs are rubbing together which is causing sever pain. They do not have a grasp on what is causing the chest pain. With Kelly being at the hospital and me at the house taking care of out other 3 children I have missed some work to take care of them. We aren't ones to ask for help, but with Olivia's condition I have to use alot of sick time and vacation to get her to the hospital. So we are asking for help with bills and gas so I can go visit her and Kelly. I know times are difficult and I really didn't want to ask for help but we don't know when she will be discharged., she had to miss her.moving up ceremony. If you can help we would really appreciate it and if you can't financially please send prayers and thoughts. We also need to build a wheel chair ramp as well , since Olivia sometimes has to use a wheel chair do to her CRMO. Thanks so much
