As many of you know, I have been transitioning (taking hormones) for 4 years. As I am learning to navigate my life and continue to find happiness, there is one thing that I really need to do and that is obtain top surgery. 

For the past 3 years, I have been researching and navigating insurance and have finally qualified for a better plan where I have to meet requirements FIRST before insurance steps in and picks up the rest. I alone cannot pay for that amount and really am reaching out to not only my community, but to family and friends. Every dollar amount, every share, helps be get closer to my goal.
