Hi my name is Tracy and I am fundraising in memory of my sister, Samantha (Sam) Martin who recently passed away.

Sam was lucky enough to live her last 12 months at a wonderful Care Home in Plymouth; Hardwick View. Should you wish to donate in memory of Sam, your kind gift will help Hardwick View continue enriching lives by providing some memorable days out for their residents.
